Second Harvest Service Project

Saturday, November 15th is our date for our Second Harvest service opportunity! Those who have signed up should meet us at Second Harvest at 11:45 a.m. Our time slot is from 12-2 p.m. Please bring canned goods or other nonperishable items with you. Don't forget your permission slip!!

What Great Cooks We Have!

We had a great meeting on November 9th with some wonderful dishes! No one went home hungry! Thanks to all who participated by bringing a dish. Also, thanks for your generous donations for our troops. They will be truly appreciated by those who receive them! Please continue to keep them and their families in your prayers.

World Youth Day

This year's World Youth Day was a great experience for all! Brian Greenfield and Mike Patin were the keynote speakers and their message was well received by the 1500+ area teens in attendance!
Thanks to our St. Angela representatives on Teen Cross for all their hard work and preparation for this wonderful day: Alex Wolff, Alexis Robichaux, Paul Wedig, Taylor Dornier and Nicole Morise! We look forward next to Abbey Fest in the spring!
Congratulations to our CYO Volleyball teams! Two of our three teams made it to the championship game and took First and Second Place! Way to go! Special thanks to our coaches; Billy Steen, Mike Delesdernier, and Robert Charbonnet for another great season. Basketball begins soon and you may sign up at the November General Meeting!

Parent/Teen Scripture

Parent/Teen Scripture nights begin this Tuesday, October 21 in the Religious Ed Library at 7:00 p.m. For information contact Mr. Mike Delesdernier.

Next Meeting!

Our next meeting is Sunday, November 9th and this time Y'ALL are doing the cooking!
That's right. We are going to have a cooking contest, potluck, Thanksgiving feast!
Start planning now what you want to prepare.......Mom is not allowed to do it for you!
There will be three catagories: Side dishes, main dishes, and deserts. There will be prizes for the tastiest dishes so get out those cookbooks and recipe boxes!

Corn Maze Trip a great success.

Our trip to the Cajun Corn Maze was lots of fun and no one got lost!
